1. Services Offered

1.1. Dog Psychology Center L.L.C-FZ ("we", "us", "zuppi" or "our") provides online booking for dog boarding, boarding with training, puppy bus services (round trip) and pet sitting services.

1.2. By purchasing our services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

1.3. These Terms & Conditions set out the terms and conditions in which our services are conducted (provided and purchased). These Terms will form a legaly binding agreement between you, the User, and Zuppi.

1.4. By accessing, browsing, using, registering with and/or creating an account, service request, or placing an order for any of the Zuppi Services, you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms with immediate effect.

2. Account Creation & Registration

2.1. To utilize or provide any of the Services, you are required to register by creating a personal account secured by a strong password ("Account").

2.2. To create an Account, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. You are required to provide true, accurate, complete and current information including but not limited to:

2.2.1. Basic Profile (Name, photo, contact details, location)

2.2.2. Pet Profile (Name, photo, gender, type, weight, age, breed, vaccination records, any medical conditions)

2.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password and for preventing unauthorized access by third parties to your profile. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your Account.

2.4. You are responsible for ensuring that the details you provide are correct and complete, and you agree to inform us immediately of any changes to those details. Zuppi will not be responsible or held liable for any details submitted by you incorrectly.

3. Pet Owner Obligations

3.1. As a Pet Owner, you agree to:

3.1.1. Be responsible for vaccinating your pet(s) and ensure to provide your pet's latest vaccination records when requested, update their profile, and notify us in writing should your pet(s) have any illnesses, medical conditions, or allergies before booking any service.

3.1.2. Take responsibility for any veterinary treatment your pet(s) may need during the service period. This includes any medical attention, medication, or other treatments necessary to keep your pet(s) healthy and safe.

3.1.3. Ensure that no pet(s) left under our care is inherently dangerous, aggressive or has ever caused or may reasonably be expected to cause a person or animal any physical harm.

3.1.4. Communicate the essential details of your pet(s) and the respective service(s), in writing and in-person at the time the service(s) was booked for, while clearly setting out your expectations.

3.1.5. Inform and notify us of any special requirements, behaviors, allergies, dietary restrictions, along with possible reactions and treatment options relating to your pet(s).

3.1.6. Inform us if you will be abroad/traveling during the time of the service and provide the details of an emergency contact that can be reached.

3.1.7. Provide detailed feeding instructions in relation to food and treats for your pet(s).

3.1.8. If your pet(s) drink bottled water, please ensure to provide the same, otherwise additional charges may apply.

3.1.9. Ensure that all information listed on your profile and your pet(s)' profile is accurate and up to date before booking any service.

3.1.10. Ensure not to have any pet(s) present which aren't explicitly disclosed when booking the service(s) unless they do not require any care.

3.2. You shall be solely responsible for your personal belongings. Zuppi shall not be held liable or responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of any of your property or personal belongings that may occur during the provision of the services.

4. Payment

4.1. Payment for services must be made in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon.

4.2. All prices are in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED) and are subject to change without notice.

4.3. By booking a service, you authorize us and/or our third-party payment processor to process your credit/debit card details for the amount of your service request. Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment. We accept payment in United Arab Emirates Dirhams ("AED") only by:

4.3.1. Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit/debit card

4.3.2. Other payment methods as may be communicated to you

4.4. In order to authorize credit/debit card payments, we may be required to create an account for you with our third-party payment processors, including accepting their standard terms and conditions and submitting your details to them on your behalf. You hereby authorize us to do so and we shall not be liable to you for any damage or loss you may incur as a direct or indirect result of making payments through these third-party payment processors.

5. Refund Policy

5.1. Refunds will be provided under the following circumstances:

5.1.1. If the service cannot be delivered as agreed upon due to unforeseen circumstances on our part.

5.1.2. If the service is canceled by the client 14 days or more before the scheduled date, subject to a cancellation fee of AED 200 to cover administrative costs.

5.1.3. If the service is canceled by the client between 14 days and 7 days before the scheduled date, subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service fee.

5.1.4. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled service date.

5.2. For package cancellations, the cancellation period may be up to 30 days in advance of the scheduled date. If any session within the package has already been used prior to cancellation, the fee for each session used will be charged individually, according to the individual session pricing schedule.

5.3. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and will be processed within 14 business days.

6. Cancellation Policy

6.1. Cancellations are subject to our approval. Clients may cancel a booked service by providing written notice to [email protected] at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date.

6.2. Cancellation requests received after the specified notice period may be subject to a cancellation fee of AED 200 to cover expenses incurred.

6.3. At Zuppi, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise that could lead to service cancellation. We will do our best to help you find alternative arrangements for your pet(s) in such situations. If we need to cancel any services for any reason, we will do so without any charge to you.

7. Communication Guidelines

7.1. We encourage clear and timely communication regarding all service-related matters. For your protection, we recommend that all important communication related to pet care instructions and service requirements be provided in writing.

7.2. Please ensure that you:

7.2.1. Provide all necessary pet care instructions in detail

7.2.2. Respond promptly to any requests for additional information

7.2.3. Communicate any changes to your pet's needs or your schedule as soon as possible

7.2.4. Refrain from using inappropriate, offensive, or rude language in communications

7.3. We value respectful and courteous communication between all users of our services and have a zero-tolerance policy for disrespectful behavior.

8. Emergencies

8.1. In the unlikely event that a pet is sick, injured or lost during a service, we will:

8.1.1. Contact you immediately with as much detail as possible and request instructions on how to resolve the issue

8.1.2. Contact your designated emergency contact if you cannot be reached

8.1.3. Take reasonable measures to ensure the well-being of your pet until you or your emergency contact can be reached

8.2. In case of emergencies or allergic reactions, you shall be responsible for arranging and incurring any required costs including but not limited to vet treatments, medication, and consultations for your pet(s).

9. Disputed Services

9.1. If you believe that we have not provided the service as agreed, you may dispute the service within seven (7) days of the service date.

9.2. We will investigate any disputed services and respond to you within 14 business days with our decision.

9.3. You may be entitled to a refund for disputed services if your complaint has been validated and substantiated during our investigation, at our discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the provision of our services.

10.2. Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or in connection with our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant service.

10.3. Zuppi shall not be held liable for any allergic reactions or related issues experienced by the pet during or after service, provided we have followed any special instructions given.

10.4. You shall be solely responsible for your personal belongings. Zuppi shall not be held liable or responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of any of your property or personal belongings that may occur during the provision of the services.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

11.1. We will collect data that permits someone to identify or contact you, such as, but not limited to, your full name, address, telephone number, email address, service interest/preference, location as well as any information associated with or linked to your pet.

11.2. All personal data collected shall not be used for any purposes not related to Zuppi and shall not be shared with third parties not associated with Zuppi, unless required by law.

11.3. You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you and to request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.

12. Governing Law

12.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions

13.1. We reserve the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
